I Am Bracelets and Their Colors

I Am bracelets mean something different depending on who is wearing them. These bracelets offer affirmation to the person wearing them. I Am bracelets showcase meaningful colors and messages and tell a story about the wearer. In this article, we will go deeper into the meanings of these bracelets as well as a cost-effective alternative to traditional jewelry.

The Colors

The color on your bracelet represents something about your life, goals, past, and future. While some might elect to wear an I Am bracelet in their favorite color, or in a color that matches their fashion preferences, others may choose a color based on what it represents. The following are a few examples:

  • Purple: I Am Compassionate
  • Light Purple: I Am Hopeful
  • Teal: I Am Present
  • Red: I Am Strong
  • Pink: I Am Daring
  • Light Pink: I Am a Survivor
  • Grey: I Am Ambitious
  • Black: I Am Enough
  • Navy: I Am Fearless
  • Orange: I Am Determined

Whatever color you choose should be meaningful to you, which is why we offer a variety of different color and imprint options. We also have segmented and swirled colors in case you wish to feature multiple colors on your band.

The Silicone Alternative to Jewelry

In recent years, silicone jewelry has become an alternative to traditional jewelry, or at least a temporary replacement. During everyday activity, most people do not want to risk losing or damaging their favorite jewelry. This is why many wear a rubber wedding band when working outdoors or traveling. But did you know that the same idea applies to jewelry? Depending on the materials used, an I Am bracelet costs between $20-$300. Regardless of the price, you don’t want your bracelet to get damaged, which is why we recommend having a few silicone alternatives for use during recreational activities. You can also use a silicone I Am bracelet if you want a less pricey option.

Create Silicone I Am Bracelets

We make the process of designing I Am bracelets very easy. In just a matter of steps, you can create a design that will provide encouragement and affirmation to you daily. To get started, begin by choosing a bracelet style.

Debossed silicone bracelets are made with a laser engraver or mold. Your design is sunken into the surface of the silicone band and can be felt. On the other hand, embossed bracelets have the design raised from the surface of the wristband. Wristband Resources™ allows you to personalize your bands by choosing your font, text size, and up to four graphics.

Our printed silicone bracelets are made using silk-screen technology. The way it works is simple. You customize the bracelet to your liking and we print it over the top layer of the band, leaving a smooth, sleek texture.

Ink-injected bracelets combine debossing and printing to create a great wristband. First, we engrave your custom design into the wristband before it gets injected with long-lasting ink. This guarantees that your design will be protected from wearing over time.

Color-coated bracelets are two-toned and fully customizable. The customization gets etched into the exterior layer of the band before being filled with ink matching the interior color of the band. This design displays the text more vividly and adds an artistic touch.

Typically, we recommend using our Color-Coated or Ink-Injected styles for bracelets featuring words of affirmation because the contrast of imprint and band colors emphasizes your design. Regardless of the style you choose, you can rest assured that all our bands are made with the highest-quality, non-allergenic silicone.

Step One: Choose a Band

Most of the time, customers choose our ½ inch band size, but you are welcome to use whichever size you wish. Larger band sizes allow you to add larger text and graphics, which amplifies your message. Next, choose a band color. We discussed earlier the implications of some of the colors, but you are welcome to choose any band color that tickles your fancy, as well as segmented and swirled colors.

Step Two: Design Your I Am Bracelet

If applicable, begin by choosing an imprint (text) color. You can add up to 30 characters of text on both the front and back of the band, which means you can technically add two different I Am messages if you choose. You can also add your own graphics directly from your device, or use any of our free clipart.

Step Three: Finalize

After you are finished selecting any desired extras and choosing your shipping preferences, be sure to do one last review of your bracelet design. Remember, our machines can only create what is given to them. If everything looks great, check the box to approve the design. You did it!
