Common Questions

  • Why is my credit card declining?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. Please verify all the information is entered correctly. The billing address on the account MUST match all the information on the credit card including Cardholder’s name and Billing address.

  • What are my payment options?

    Credit cards are the only method of payment allowed for online orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept international credit cards.

  • What is your return policy?

    No Return Fees!
    No Restocking Fees!
    No Hassles!

    All stock orders can be returned for a full product refund. Returns will be granted up to 30 days from the shipment of the stock product. All returned items must be in acceptable (no used or incomplete packs) condition in order to receive a full refund.  

    Custom orders are not returnable except for reason of defect.  In such cases, Wristband.com must be notified within 14 days of delivery.

    Factory Second items are not returnable.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed.  However, custom orders and orders which have already been submitted to production/shipping are not able to be cancelled.

  • Do you accept Purchase Orders?

    We do not accept Purchase Orders online. If you need to pay by check or PO, please call Customer Service at 800-481-BAND (2263). Please be aware that pricing online is cheaper than through Customer Service. If you prepay online you can save extra money.

  • Do you offer volume discounts?

    Volume discounted pricing is available on a per-product basis, noted on each product page.  Generally, if you order 20 or more of a product type there will be a volume discount. Larger order may qualify for more volume discounts. Please contact Customer Service at 800-481-BAND (2263) with any questions or to see if you qualify for additional volume discounts.

  • How do I know if I received my full order?

    Our Tyvek® wristband boxes can hold 1,000 wristbands (2 packs). Shipping will combine boxes when possible to save on shipping costs. Since the bands are consecutively numbered, it will be easy to verify your quantities. Beyond Tyvek®, our plastic, vinyl, and direct thermal wristbands all are on a quick-verify system, where looking at the numbers on the sides allow any consumer to immediately know that they got the proper value.

  • I am tax exempt, can I still order?

    Tax is not charged on orders shipping outside the state of Wisconsin. If you are within the state and are tax exempt please contact Customer Service at 1-888-256-0816. Please provide your tax exempt form.

  • Is the website secure to input my credit card information?

    All customers are protected when ordering online. We use the the latest in SSL for transferring any encrypted information. This ensures that your information stays safe.

General Shipping Questions

  • How do I find out how much shipping is?

    Once you select your bands and proceed to the cart, you can input your postal code and country to display shipping options and estimates. Once in the checkout, you will receive your formal shipping cost.  You can choose whatever shipping option best suits your needs.   • How soon after I place my order will it ship and how will I know when it does ship?

    All Stock Tyvek®, Plastic, Vinyl and Silicone items ordered before 3:00 PM CST (Monday - Friday), will be shipped out the same business day. If your requested item is out of stock, we will add 2 business days to your lead time which will be reflected in your cart before you order. Custom wristbands do require additional lead times which varies depending on the material. Wristband.com will email an order confirmation once the order has been successfully place and a tracking number from UPS once it has shipped.

    Our shipping providers determine shipping days as "business" days; Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not included.

  • What are my shipping options?

    Wristband.com utilizes multiple selections for shipping within North America. We offer Economy, Standard, 3 Day Delivery, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air to United States customers.  Please keep in mind that the day an item ships is NOT a day in transit.  To select locations, we only offer Economy shipping. If we only offer Economy to your location and you need an expedited shipping method, please call us at 1-800-481-2263.  If you are an International customer please see the "International Shipping" section.

  • What Countries do you ship to?

    Online, we currently ship to the following countries:

    • Canada
    • United Kingdom
    • Germany
    • France
    • Australia

    If your country is not on this list we DO still ship there, however you will need to call in to place your order at +1-262-373-1900

  • What are your international shipping rates?

    We’ve partnered with FedEx to provide you with fast and affordable shipping options. Rates are determined by the country you ship to and the weight of the items in your cart. To determine your shipping rates we encourage you to start the checkout process and provide us with your ship-to country.

  • What are the international shipping delivery times?

    Shipping delivery time estimates quoted during the checkout process are quoted in business days (Monday – Friday, excluding US and local holidays). Stock orders placed by 2pm (Monday – Friday) CT will be shipped the same day.

  • How are duties and taxes for international orders handled?

    We will calculate and apply any applicable duties and taxes to your order as part of the shipping fee. The shipper will collect and remit them to the applicable country so you do not have to pay any additional money when your order is delivered.

  • What are your international payment options?

    We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. All orders will be charged in US dollars. Exchange rates may fluctuate. Please note that most banks will charge additional fees for currency conversion. These fees typically range from 2-5% of the total value of your order including shipping charges. Please contact your credit card issuing bank directly for additional details on fees and exchange.
