How to Design Custom Plastic Wristbands

Designing your own plastic wristbands is easier than you think. Watch this video for a step-by-step walkthrough on how to customize your order. Plastic wristbands are a durable, single-use option perfect for multi-day events and outdoor use.

Customize Plastic Wristbands for Events

Step One: Preview Colors

Odds are, you have a vision for what you want your wristbands to like. If so, choose your band color. If you need wristbands in multiple colors, don’t worry. These preview colors are just to help you visualize your bands. We will select colors and quantities later on. Also be sure to choose an imprint color.

Click Add New Text. First choose your font and font size. We offer a variety of different fonts to fit any brand or occasion. Next, add your text to the text box below. If you need more space for characters, decrease your font size.

You can add as many graphics as you can fit on your band. You can use some of our free clipart, or upload your own from your device. This makes it very easy to add logos and custom decals to your wristbands. You can adjust the location and size of your graphic my toggling the image on the mockup.

Take one last look at your design. If you are satisfied with how it looks, check the box next toI approve this design.Next, you will select colors and quantities. Congrats, you did it!

Types of Plastic Wristbands

We offer a variety of  styles, giving you more options for how you want to design your bands. We offer the following styles: standard, holographic, wide, and narrow plastic wristbands.

Regular

These standard plastic wristbands come in 17 different colors and are perfect for up to seven days of use. These bands are 5/8” wide by 10” long, perfect for any wrist size.

Holographic wristbands add extra spark because the bands reflect prismatically, creating a fun appearance. They are also comfortable and lightweight.

Wide plastic wristbands offer greater surface area to print on, allowing you to create more unique custom designs. You can also order them without customization and customize them by hand as part of a fun activity.

These bands are only 9/16” wide and nearly 13” long. While they do nor offer as much surface area for customization, they are sleeker and more minimalistic.

Our wristbands made from 3 layers of polyethylene and polyester are referred to simply as 'plastic wristbands.' 

Plastic wristbands are considered one-time-use due their snap closure that locks them into place once applied to the wrist. The easiest way to remove is by cutting with a scissors.
