The term ‘snap wristbands’ refers to any type of admission wristband that features a secure, single-use closure. This feature helps reduce the likelihood of the band accidentally being removed, stolen, or transferred. For this reason, snap wristbands are a preferred choice for concert venues, festivals, theme parks, fairs, and waterparks. We offer two different types of snap wristbands—plastic wristbands and vinyl wristbands.
Snap, Secure, and Go
The locking snap used in these wristbands are designed for both security and ease of use. Simply find the notch that corresponds to your wrist size and lock the band through the hole. Once snapped shut, these wristbands stay securely in place throughout the event. Say goodbye to the inconvenience of traditional tickets and the risk of unauthorized access.
Types of Snap Wristbands
Plastic Wristbands
Plastic wristbands are designed to be worn for up to seven days and are perfect for waterparks, campgrounds, resorts, and hotels. Each band features ten notches to accommodate any wrist size. We offer three different band sizes.
Regular
Our regular-sized plastic wristbands are 10” x 5/8” and are offered in 17 colors, as well as 11 holographic bands that shine and sparkle.
Narrow
Our narrow plastic wristbands are 13 3/8” x 9/16”. What narrow wristbands lack in printing area they make up for in their sleek design and comfortable size.
Wide
Wide plastic wristbands are ideal for customization as they have a wider surface area. These bands offer a total printable area of 10” x 2 7/16”. You can also manually create your own design using a permanent marker; they make perfect nametags!
Vinyl Wristbands
Vinyl wristbands offer the greatest longevity of any of our wristbands. Made from a three-layer vinyl construction, these bands can be used up to two weeks. This makes them the perfect game control tool for festivals, fairs, and hospitals. Designed for comfort, vinyl snap wristbands have a soft, smooth texture. We offer three different sizes.
Regular
Our regular-sized vinyl wristbands and edge glow wristbands are 10 1/8” x ¾” and come in 14 different colors. These are our most popular band size and offer a printable area of 5/8” x 4 3/8”.
Narrow
If cost is a concern, they our narrow vinyl wristbands are for you. These bands are 11 9/16" x 9/16" and offer a sleek, attractive style.
Wide
Our wide vinyl wristbands are 10 7/8" x 1 1/8", offering a larger print area, perfect for more detailed customizations. Many event organizers prefer these bands to others as the band is more noticeable, making it easy to spot trespassers.
Cash Tag Wristbands
Cash tag wristbands feature pull-off tabs that can be used redeem food, beverages, and enter raffles. Many event organizers use them to limit alcohol consumption and eliminate the need for cash at their events. This makes for safer, less rowdy events whilst reducing the risk of theft.
Custom Snap Wristbands
Want your wristbands to match the theme or branding of your event? No problem—we give you all the tools you need to create custom snap wristbands for any occasion. Using our online configurator, you can add text, graphics, and logos to your band. Simply follow these steps.
Step One: Preview Colors
Begin by selecting a preview color for your band. This is to help you visualize your design. You will select colors and quantities later on. Click Next Step.
Step Two: Add Text
Click Add New Text. Here you can choose your font and size, and add whatever text suits your fancy. When you are ready, click Next Step to add graphics.
Step Three: Graphics
Click Add Graphics. Here, you can add your own graphics, or use some of our free-to-use clipart. Click Change, to select a graphic, or upload one from your device.
Step Four: Approval
Before we can get to work on customizing your snap wristbands, review your design one last time. If you are satisfied, approve the order and select your colors. You did it!
