All orders must be placed and shipped within the US. If you are placing an international order, please call us at the number listed above. State law requires us to collect applicable tax on all orders shipped to a Wisconsin address.

After ordering, you will receive an email from Wristband Resources confirming your order. If the product you ordered is in stock, your order will be shipped within 24 hours.

Shipping

Orders placed before 1:00pm CST on standard business days will be packed and shipped to you on the same day if the product you ordered is in stock. Orders received after 1:00pm will be shipped within 24 hours. If however, the product you ordered is not currently in stock or available in the quantity you requested, we will promptly notify you with an expected shipping date.

All products are shipped directly from our facility in Brookfield, WI. Discounted UPS rates will be applied and are shown along with “typical” delivery time in the shopping cart section. UPS determines shipping days as “business” days; Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays not included. Go to www.ups.com for accurate time in transit.

Currently, we do not ship to international addresses, US territories, or PO boxes.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive, we will provide you with a refund or exchange, less shipping charges. Your order must be returned in its entirety in unused/original condition within 10 business days of original receipt.
