Wristband.com has been in the business of making wristbands for over 15 years. Wristbands are our only business and everything is made in the U.S.A., in our own plant. Because of the complete control of product and shipping, we provide the best service available. Our sales team is on site and can insure your order receives the care and attention it deserves. Shipping

Stock orders placed before 2:00pm CST on standard business days will be packed and shipped to you on the same day if the product you ordered is in stock. Orders received after 2:00pm will be shipped within 24 hours. If however, the product you ordered is not currently in stock or available in the quantity you requested, we will promptly notify you with an expected shipping date.

All products are shipped directly from our facility in Brookfield, WI. Discounted UPS rates will be applied and are shown in the shopping cart section. UPS determines shipping days as "business" days; Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not included. Go to www.ups.com for accurate time in transit.

If you have an international shipment, just speak with our sales team and we will ensure your orders ship on time to meet the demand.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with stock wristbands you receive, we will provide you with a refund or exchange, less shipping charges and 10% Restocking fee. Your order must be returned in its entirety in unused/original condition within 10 business days of original receipt. Custom orders are non-refundable except of defect.
